Erikaa Briones is a Spiral and Bondassage practitioner and the creator of Sexual Sovereignty, a 7-day framework to move from grief, trauma, or heartbreak to pleasure, passion, and purpose.

Her deepest devotion is helping women heal and release sexual trauma so they remember who they are. Her approach begins from a simple truth: you were never broken. The work is remembering who you’ve always been beneath the trauma, the stories, and the shame, and reclaiming your body, your pleasure, and your power, one sovereign choice at a time. Erikaa has been guiding both women and men since 2012.

She is a certified Spiral practitioner, trained in Elysium, and trained in men’s coaching through Destin Gerek’s Evolved Masculine. Through her San Diego practice, she offers bodywork, Dakini sessions, and chakra-based emotional clearing. Her authority is lived: her own reclamation after childhood sexual abuse and cult survival is the ground her work stands on. She holds space with depth and play in equal measure, and welcomes collaboration with fellow practitioners building this work together.
