Shiva J is a somatic facilitator, certified tantra educator, and relationship coach with over two decades of experience working at the intersection of body, psyche, and heart. His path began in the fitness industry, coaching thousands through physical transformation — until it became clear the deeper work was never really about the body. It was about what people carried in their hearts and in their minds.

That realization sent him deep into training: massage therapy, lineage-based somatic breathwork, Kundalini Yoga, clinical hypnotherapy, tantra, and trauma-informed facilitation. He holds a BA in Psychology and is currently completing his Master’s in Somatic Psychology at the Integrative Psychology Institute, grounding his embodied work in clinical rigor alongside decades of experiential training with teachers, gurus, and mentors across traditions.

Shiva is the founder of The Heart Centered Being, an ecosystem of offerings including Tantric Touch for women, Tantra Date Night for couples, and Temple Tribe community — spaces for people who feel everything deeply and are ready to stop doing it alone. He is also the founder of The Sacred Kings, a men’s brotherhood (est. 2018) built on accountability, shadow work, and the reclamation of mature, sovereign masculinity as an antidote to both tyranny and performance.

Shiva speaks from lived experience — once a man with little capacity for presence or the language of the heart, who walked the long path of transformation himself. That journey is precisely what now shapes his work: helping others come home to their bodies, their desire, and each other.
